Commissioned by Sullivan NYC, a premium B2B brand engagement firm, this project was built around a clear and deliberate brief: produce natural, expressive individual portraits for the full Insight Partners team. Sullivan brought considered creative direction to the engagement, calling for imagery that felt editorial in quality and cohesive across the entire firm. The mandate was never corporate stiff. It was human, precise, and built to last.
The production spanned two separate multi-day shoots, each running four to five full days, for a total of approximately eight to ten days on location at Insight Partners' New York office. A full studio was built on-site each time, with multiple production assistants and on-set hair and makeup. A structured, highly precise workflow was developed to maintain editorial quality across 183 people without sacrificing the individual attention each portrait required. The result is a complete visual identity refresh for one of the world's leading software-focused venture capital firms.

THE CHALLENGE WAS NOT VOLUME. IT WAS MAINTAINING GENUINE INDIVIDUAL EXPRESSION ACROSS 183 PEOPLE OVER MULTIPLE PRODUCTION DAYS. A PRECISE WORKFLOW WAS BUILT TO HOLD ENOUGH CONSISTENCY FOR A UNIFIED VISUAL IDENTITY WHILE LEAVING ENOUGH SPACE FOR EACH PERSON TO BE THEMSELVES.
