Comfortable on the day. Consistent in the file.
The two things teams care about most: that the session runs smoothly, and that the images hold up everywhere they get used.

What teams ask before booking
The practical details, answered upfront. If something is not covered here, ask directly and you will get a straight answer.
What is included in corporate photography pricing?
Everything you need to actually use the images. Every session includes professionally retouched, print and web ready files delivered through a private online gallery, with no watermarks and no file size limitations. Full usage rights are included, with no licensing fees or restrictions on how you use the images. There are no hidden costs for retouching, file delivery, or follow-up. What you see in the pricing is what you pay.
Do you come to our office, or do we come to you?
We come to you. On-site sessions are the default and the preferred approach. Photographing your team in your own environment eliminates the logistical headache of coordinating office-wide travel and keeps workday disruption minimal. We bring everything needed: portable lighting, seamless backdrops for a clean studio look, and the gear to work in a standard conference room, lobby, or open office. We assess your space in advance so the day runs smoothly.
How long does a team photography session take?
Most corporate headshot sessions run between two and four hours for groups of up to 20 people. The minimum engagement is a half-day production, which allows enough time to photograph each person individually, maintain consistency across the set, and capture any group or environmental shots you need. Rushing a session produces stiff, unusable images. During the initial planning conversation we map out a realistic schedule based on your headcount, so there are no surprises on the day.
We have 100+ people across multiple departments. Can you handle that scale?
Yes, and large-scale projects are some of the most satisfying work we do. Sessions for 100 or more people require detailed pre-production planning, a sequenced schedule by department, and a logistics framework that keeps things moving without feeling chaotic. Large projects can also be spread across multiple days or locations if that is more practical for your operation. We build a full production plan before any deposit changes hands, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to.
Can you photograph our team across multiple locations?
Yes. Multi-location projects are a regular part of the work, particularly for companies with offices across the metro area. We service New York City, Stamford CT, and Jersey City NJ directly, and can coordinate a sequenced schedule so the visual look and lighting remain completely consistent regardless of where each session takes place. Headshots that look like they came from five different photographers undermine the brand, so we treat multi-location projects as a single unified production.
What do team members need to prepare?
Not much, and that is by design. Every client receives a pre-session guide covering wardrobe recommendations, grooming notes, and how to arrive ready. Most people spend about five minutes in front of the camera, and the goal is to make that time feel comfortable rather than rushed. We direct every subject through the session, so nobody needs to know how to pose. If your team tends to be camera-shy, that is one of the most common things we hear, and it has never been a problem.
What is the difference between executive portraits and corporate headshots?
Executive portraits are a deeper, more deliberate investment in how a specific person is represented, used for C-suite and senior leadership in annual reports, press coverage, speaking engagements, and board bios. Corporate headshots are designed for consistency across a larger group, producing a unified look that works across a website, LinkedIn, and internal directories. If you have leaders who need to look distinctly authoritative rather than simply consistent, executive sessions are built for that.
When will our team receive the final images?
Standard turnaround is 10 business days from the shoot date. You receive a private link with full-resolution retouched files, web-optimized and print-ready versions both included, organized and ready to download. If you have a hard deadline tied to a product launch, board meeting, or press release, mention it during the booking conversation. Rush requests are handled case by case depending on current production volume, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
How do we get started?
Reach out through the contact form or directly by email. The first conversation is a short production planning call covering team size, location, timing, and what you are trying to accomplish with the images. It is not a sales call. From there you receive a straightforward proposal with everything spelled out: session structure, pricing, deliverables, and turnaround. No complicated onboarding, no ambiguity about what happens next. Planning calls are usually on the calendar within 48 hours.
