Photography for people and brands who care how they are seen.
The focus is simple: create photography that feels considered, intentional, and aligned with purpose.
I’m Dimitri Mais, a photographer based in New York. My work spans editorial portraiture, brand development, commercial assignments, and long-term visual partnerships, from individual commissions to ongoing collaborations where imagery evolves alongside a growing business.
Originally from Tbilisi, Georgia, I came to photography through painting. That foundation shaped how I approach light, composition, and subject. I’ve been based in New York for over a decade, and the city has informed both the pace and the precision of the work.
