Individual headshots consistent enough to work across a website, LinkedIn, and investor materials, alongside environmental portraits that reflected how the firm actually operates. The session was structured across their NYC office in a single half-day, working through each team member with consistent lighting and backdrop while preserving the character and authority each portrait needed to carry.
The engagement has continued since. As the team grows, new hires are photographed to the same standard, same lighting, same approach, same visual language, so the firm's imagery stays coherent as the roster changes.

The brief called for consistency across a team with varied backgrounds and presence. The approach was to hold the lighting constant and let the direction do the work, with enough structure to produce coherent results, enough space for each person to settle into the frame.
