About Me

I’m a New York–based photographer, originally from Tbilisi, Georgia. My creative journey began with painting, where I focused on portraits and landscapes. Photography first entered my life as a way to study light for my paintings, but over time it became my main form of artistic expression.

For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to corporate teams and editorial publications. Along the way I have captured everything from natural, unposed portraits and professional headshots to striking architectural and interior photography.

My Work

My approach is quiet and unobtrusive, with an editorial sensibility. I prefer to observe rather than direct, offering just enough guidance to help people feel at ease so their real expressions and personalities can come through. I believe that the best photographs, whether of a person or a space, carry a sense of honesty, warmth, and character.

One of the greatest joys in my work is connecting with people from all walks of life, including artists, entrepreneurs, designers, and professionals from diverse cultures and backgrounds, and telling their stories through images that feel both timeless and personal.

Throughout the last decade, I have had the pleasure of photographing unique individuals from different backgrounds. Because of that, I can honestly say that I know how impactful photographs can be. To me, it is never just one particular thing; it is a combination of many different factors coming together to create a memorable and powerful image. Of course, great light, composition, location, and a proper pose play a significant part in it. Still, the most crucial component in my experience is a human connection, you and your story as an individual. My goal is to connect, communicate and capture that unique story!
