I’m Dimitri Mais, a New York–based photographer who loves capturing people and places with warmth, honesty, and a sense of presence. I focus on portraits and headshots that reflect personality, as well as spaces that evoke a specific feeling, whether lived-in or designed.
Whether I’m working with an individual, a small business, or an editorial publication, my approach is relaxed and unobtrusive. I focus on making people feel comfortable so their true selves come through, and on finding the details that make each space unique. My goal is simple: images that feel honest, thoughtful, and personal.
